Enable Fast Startup

1. Right-click the Start button

2. Choose Control Panel

3. Click System and Security

4. Click Power Options

5. On the left, click “choose what the power buttons do”

6. At the bottom, click “Turn on fast startup” under Shutdown settings

7. Click “Save changes”
