Microsoft's windows 10 mobiles Must Change these major design for high performance of their phones

Windows as a Service" should not mean - Quick and dirty!
It is very important that the "default-functionality" for a Smartphone is working stable, quickly and has good battery lifetime. If Windows 10 Mobile at all will play a role in the mobile market, then Microsoft should push their apps with the same functionality and timeline as they did for IOS or Android! For developers, there must be incentives to write most important and useful apps for Windows Mobile, e. g. local road network plans RMV, etc.

Microsoft should remove the "hamburger menu"!!.
The buttons are too small and the operating elements are inconsistent in the menus. It was a big mistake to change design for Windows 10 Mobile.i want to operate my Smartphone with one hand. But Sadly hamburger menus are not likely go to change it's too far gone, unless Microsoft thinks about reconsidering this design in Redstone. The issue is that third party app developers have already started following this design in their apps. At least I hope that the hamburger menu on Windows 10 Mobile will be moved to the bottom to activate.Do i sound right? Yeah! hope i do.

The contact-pictures should be square Otherwise, give us the choice to change between round or square.I think a choice between square and circle would be better for contact photos. Because people are shown in the circles, like how artist are circle and albums are square.

Another thing which knocks my head when i think of the Windows 10 mobile design is that, its Apps are not removable in the Microsoft Store library. How dare they are? Also It should be possible to start apps directly from the Microsoft Store after downloading them. Don't want the change to "Apps" and then start from there. These are unnecessary steps. It must be a specification for every app that it has a (or the whole) changelog from each Version. This is not a nice to have - this is a must have!

They could fix the flickering music name an the volume bar when playing music.It's especially annoying because if you wait for the flickering to stop the volume bar goes away.unfortunately still present on the .122

I hope they update the camera app to use all 4 mics on Lumia 930. All of us with the broken mic are waiting for this to make the jump!! (stereo mic on Whatsapp and speakerphone would be helpful as well. One may think this is a hardware issue, and not software.No, it is a firmware issue. Win 10 records in mono instead of stereo.The "broken" mic on phone still works and it records sound, but at a very very low volume, like the sound is far away. On 8.1 it works completely fine. If I "downgrade" to Windows Phone 8.1 on my Lumia 930 the microphone is working. After installing Windows 10 Mobile again (10586.122 and earlier builds) it doesn't.
